Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship? As an Employee custom-made soles and lasts fabricator, you will make custom-made soles and lasts that help people walk comfortably again - excited, read on quickly!

What your role as Employee custom-made soles and lasts fabrication looks like.

PLT Products is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated employee custom-made soles and lasts for our orthopaedics workshop. As an employee custom-made soles and lasts you are responsible for the manufacture and assembly of high-quality soles and lasts for our shoes.

You will perform the following tasks:

• Manufacture of orthotics and lasts to specifications and quality standards.
• Assembling (support) soles and lasts correctly.
• Checking the quality of manufactured (support) soles and lasts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production.

What you will bring as an Employee custom-made soles and lasts fabrication.

• You have experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the footwear industry.
• You are handy and have an eye for detail.
• You can work both independently and in a team.
• You are flexible and willing to work two evenings a week.
• You have good communication skills.

We facilitate our customers in the use of the latest techniques in the field and support them in digitising and automating their daily processes. To this end, we develop hardware and software in-house, both for internal use and for customers. This makes us a leader in the international footcare market.

Our main location is in Haaksbergen. We also have a growing production site in Portugal.
