Job Summary: We are looking for a Developer Productivity Engineer with a passion for automating and simplifying engineering processes. The ideal candidate will own and enhance tooling across key product areas including local Kubernetes development orchestration (Tilt), containerized development environments (Vivaldi), incident management ecosystems, and engineering operations support tools. This role is crucial for accelerating engineer productivity and requires collaboration with internal teams to implement innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and support the Tilt platform to ensure smooth local Kubernetes development orchestrations for engineering teams. • Support and develop Vivaldi, our docker-based development environment, enabling local Auth0 cluster initialization. • Partner with the Operations team to maintain and evolve our incident management ecosystem using Incident.io and custom automations with Tines. • Develop and support a custom Slack Bot designed to streamline engineering operations and communication. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance developer productivity. Must-Have Skills: • Experience with local Kubernetes orchestration tools. • Strong expertise in managing and creating Slack Bot applications. • Proficiency in developing and supporting tools that automate and simplify engineering operations. Industry Experience: • Prior experience in an engineering productivity or DevOps role preferred. • Familiarity with containerization, incident management processes, and cloud service providers like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
