Role Summary

We are seeking a Product Analyst who can effectively bridge business needs with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities • Support sprint planning and backlog management in Agile teams • Write clear and concise user stories and lead refinement sessions • Collaborate with business stakeholders and lead requirement discussions • Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights • Work across multiple data sources ensuring data quality and consistency

Must-Have Skills • Strong SQL skills for data analysis • Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., S3, Redshift, etc.) • Experience building and working with ETL pipelines • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum (sprint planning, backlog management) • Proven ability to write user stories and run refinement sessions • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
