Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fiduciary Expert to manage a portfolio of fiduciary mandates and provide high-level advisory services to clients. This role combines accounting, auditing, and client consulting responsibilities within a professional and client-focused environment. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, delivering financial insights, and supporting the growth and development of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a portfolio of fiduciary mandates across various clients
• Supervise and execute audit assignments in accordance with applicable standards
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality of financial and accounting records
• Prepare, review, and present annual financial statements
• Provide expert advice on tax, financial, and organizational matters
• Mentor and support team members in accounting and fiduciary tasks
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service delivery
• Contribute to the development and operational management of the branch
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Fiduciary Expert Diploma or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fiduciary or accounting role within Switzerland
• Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting, auditing, and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of autonomy, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and support team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Auditing Expert accreditation or equivalent certification
• Experience managing complex fiduciary mandates and client portfolios
• Leadership experience within a fiduciary or advisory environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Business development or branch management experience
