Development & Industrialization NPI Engineer (m/f/d)

About

We are looking for an experienced Development & Industrialization NPI Engineer to support the transition of new products from R&D into serial production. The role is product-focused and involves stabilizing industrialization processes for technologically advanced measuring devices. You will be part of the R&D organization, working within dedicated project teams, closely collaborating with Project Managers, quality, production and implementation teams.

Your area of responsibility

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and serial production ramp-up
• Coordinating APQP / PPAP activities and quality documentation
• Preparing and supervising FMEA, MSA and control plans
• Planning and executing functional and validation tests
• Cooperating with R&D teams during product transfer to production
• Supporting product quality and compliance
• Managing tasks across multiple parallel projects

Additional scope:

• Analysis and visualization of test data and preparation of technical reports
• Design of assembly tooling and product development
• Creation and maintenance of 2D/3D technical documentation (CAD, PDM, ERP)
• Technical supervision during implementations and production support
• Process and cost optimization using LEAN / Six Sigma principles

Your profile

• 5-7+ years of experience in R&D, product development or industrialization
• Technical university degree (mechanical, mechatronics, electronics or similar)
• Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA
• Experience in product testing and validation
• Proficiency in CAD 3D tools (e.g. Inventor), PDM and ERP systems
• Knowledge of LEAN / Six Sigma methodologies
• SEP G1 or G2 certification - mandatory
• Polish - fluent, Technical English - min. B2
