Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, execution and delivery of development projects from inception to store opening
- Oversee development pipeline, development plans, and property cycle management
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards
- Identify new sites
Qualifications
- At least 3 years site experience
- Able to run the tender process on sites
- Able to run contract and costing documentation
- Able to run turnkey solutions
- Able to run lease negotiations
- Able to run liaising with Council
