Job Description

Main Mission:

• Work on the development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform, participating in the implementation, evolution, and optimization of applications for our clients, with structured support to become operational quickly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the configuration and development of functionalities: Forms, workflows, automations, user portals.
• Implement business rules and application logic within the platform (client & server).
• Participate in the implementation of integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems via API.
• Adhere to ServiceNow's best practices for development, governance, and security.
• Actively participate in testing phases, deployments, post-production support, and continuous improvement actions.
• Write and maintain documentation associated with developments carried out.

Technical Skills Expected:

• Solid foundations in object-oriented programming and JavaScript.
• Fundamental knowledge of databases and algorithms.
• Understanding of how a SaaS web application and the client/server model work.
• First experience or strong aptitude for managing REST/SOAP APIs.

The specific ServiceNow skills will be acquired through our internal academy (training + certifications).

Initial exposure to ServiceNow or ITIL is an asset but not mandatory.

Profile Sought:

• Comfort with technical subjects with a desire to become a ServiceNow expert.
• Ability to learn quickly, technological curiosity, and a taste for quality.
• Good interpersonal skills and service orientation: teamwork, ease of client contact.
