DevOps & Agentic AI Engineer for Automation Solutions

Your role in the team

• You analyze support cases and derive sustainable automation and improvement measures from them.
• You automate deployment, operations, and support processes (CI/CD, monitoring, alerting).
• You accompany our applications throughout their entire lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and operation.
• You work closely with our support and development team.
• You assist with complex customer inquiries and actively contribute your technical expertise.
• You continuously improve our system landscape in terms of stability, scalability, and efficiency.
• You evaluate and integrate modern technologies (e.g., in the fields of automation and AI).

Our expectations

Experience

• Solid technical expertise in DevOps, automation, and system operations
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and monitoring tools.
• Experience in operating and optimizing Oracle and MS-SQL databases, as well as scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar).
• Knowledge of .NET/C#-based applications is an advantage.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies (e.g., TypeScript, Angular) is advantageous.
• Understanding of the entire software lifecycle (Development, Testing, Deployment, Operations)
• Experience in dealing with clients and willingness to engage in active customer communication.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to systematically solve recurring problems
• Proactive initiative, quality awareness, and a structured way of working
• Good knowledge of German and English
