Automation Engineer

Trident Consulting is excited to invite applications for the position of Automation Engineer. We are collaborating with a global leader in business and technology services to find a talented individual to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your 8+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Workflow automation.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Workflows.
• Utilize YAML scripting for effective pipeline definitions.
• Work with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understand CI/CD concepts, Git, and branching strategies to enhance our deployment processes.
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes across different environments.
• Integrate pipelines with tools for code quality, security scanning, and monitoring.
• Collaborate effectively with developers, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates, Terraform, or Bicep.
• Implement strategies for branching, release management, and version control.
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and optimize performance for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with DevSecOps practices, focusing on security and governance.
• Document automation processes and facilitate knowledge transfer to team members.
