Make it happen

You will...

• Develop, maintain, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Support multiple development teams in their daily use of CI/CD, artifacts, and build processes
• Automate development and release processes using YAML configurations and Python, Bash, and PowerShell scripts
• Develop and modernize internal development tools and automation solutions
• Analyze requirements from various teams and implement them into scalable solutions
• Continuously improve processes and document best practices
• Actively contribute to the implementation of IT security standards in the DevOps environment
• Support the selection and integration of internal IT infrastructure into the existing architecture
• Promote collaboration between development, infrastructure, and operations

Be our forward thinker

You...

• Have a completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable MINT subject
• Have several years of experience in DevOps and software development
• Have practical experience with Docker or Podman on Linux and Windows
• Work proficiently with Git, GitLab CI/CD, and agile development methodologies
• Possess very good knowledge of scripting and automation languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
• Ideally have experience with Windows toolchains (e.g., Visual Studio) and the Microsoft ecosystem
• Optionally have experience with virtualization (VMware) as well as Kubernetes / OpenShift or cloud projects
• Work analytically, structured, and with strong communication skills
• Can clearly explain and present complex technical contexts
• Communicate confidently in German and English
