Responsibilities

• With high-end software engineering and excellent cloud know-how, we support our customers in complex digitalization projects.
• Together, we design modern, secure, and reliable cloud solutions - for this, we need YOU!
• If you enjoy designing sophisticated cloud architectures, taking responsibility, and creating sustainable solutions together with interdisciplinary teams, then you are exactly right with us.
• Together with interdisciplinary teams and our customers, you will design individual cloud architectures for high-quality and sustainable software solutions.
• Together with developers and operators, you will ensure appropriate automation and smooth, auditable deployments and rollouts.
• To do this, you will use IaC, configuration management tools, or reusable deployment patterns, for example.
• You will enable reliable, secure, and cost-effective operation of the software solutions using observability tools, hardening measures, and cost and resource management.
• You will stay up-to-date with developments in DevOps and Cloud Engineering and promote initiatives for further development by sharing your knowledge with teams and communities.
• You will support technical sales with your expertise.

Requirements

• You have a degree in computer science or a comparable educational background.
• You have very good German and English skills (C1 level) for clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners.
• You have relevant practical experience in the described area of responsibility, are familiar with various technologies in the Cloud DevOps ecosystem, and use them strategically, e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Gitlab.
• You value high quality and have practical development experience in software projects.
• You understand software architectures not only theoretically but also from an implementation perspective and have a strong sense for security, observability, and cost efficiency.
• You understand DevOps not just as a buzzword but as a philosophy and culture and are passionate about continuous development – within your projects and through exchange with others, for example, by working in Communities of Practice and participating in conferences.
• Certifications for a cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Stack IT) are an advantage.
