Your Role

We are looking for you – a motivated and passionate DevOps & Cloud Engineer. Our clients are diverse. Our software projects are too. We bring our clients' big visions to life and help them drive digitalization in Germany. We rely on our enthusiasm for software engineering, open source, agile mindset, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• You support our clients in the development and maintenance of operational infrastructure (Git, GitOps, Kubernetes, Linux, Apache, Java web applications) as well as in application operation on a cloud platform.
• As a generalist in a cross-functional team, you develop features in all areas of infrastructure, application, and cloud environment.
• You are actively involved in the entire development process and optimize the CI/CD pipeline based on GitLab CI, Kubernetes, and cloud services.
• You conduct code reviews and pair programming to improve quality and distribute know-how.
• You design and implement cloud strategies and architectures to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.
• You monitor and optimize the performance and security of our clients' cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or a comparable apprenticeship in computer science
• Experience in the design and implementation of DevOps processes, ideally in agile software development projects
• Practical experience with technologies such as Linux, Containers (OCI / Docker), CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins), Git, Ansible, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Ideally, you have knowledge in the administration of Java web applications and cloud services
• You are enthusiastic about agile working and motivated to continuously engage with new technologies and trends, especially in the cloud sector
• Very good German language skills (min. C1)
