DevOps & Cloud Native Developer/Consultant (m/w/d)

We are looking for a DevOps & Cloud Native Developer/Consultant (m/f/d) for a renowned IT consulting firm in Münster as part of a permanent full-time position. In this role, you will support well-known clients, including those in the financial and logistics sectors, with their individual cloud transformations and software projects.

Responsibilities

• Main Task: You will conceptualize and build company-wide cloud platforms to enable teams with highly efficient development stacks.
• Architecture & Design: You will design cloud-native solutions (e.g., Serverless, Kubernetes) and make strategic technology decisions.
• Automate Everything: You will consistently automate build and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloudformation).
• Consultant Role: You will communicate the new cloud mindset, address stakeholder concerns, and train teams in DevOps principles.

Qualifications

• Background: You have a completed IT degree and extensive experience in agile and traditional project environments.
• Cloud & Container: You have several years of professional experience (5+ years) with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google) as well as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automation & Code: You master infrastructure management (Terraform, Helm) and at least one programming language such as Java or TypeScript.
• Mindset & Language: You bring initiative, fluent German (C1), and a willingness to travel within NRW.
