The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps practices, specifically using Copado, and should be capable of managing complex deployment pipelines while ensuring best practices and compliance. Key Responsibilities & Skills • Strong expertise in Copado , including metadata pipeline configuration and deployment fundamentals • Hands-on experience with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) • Familiarity with Git Actions or similar CI/CD automation tools • In-depth understanding of Salesforce Admin concepts and Salesforce metadata structure • Experience working with ANT Migration Tool and Package.xml • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve dependency issues during deployments • Knowledge of Copado source format (SFDX) is an added advantage • Strong understanding of deployment best practices • Ability to make informed decisions on manual vs. automated changes
