DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop tools and infrastructures in order to support Build & Deployment activities
• Manage, support and improve Build and Deployment pipelines
• Effectively implement a DevOps strategy and associated processes

Education Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree

Minimum Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in a DevOps role, involved in maintaining DevOps tools & platform.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

• Thorough understanding of the SDLC, and knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of automation tools used to implement continuous integration and continuous delivery
• Working knowledge of known DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, Sonarqube, Openshift
• Knowledge of scripting languages (like Groovy)
• Knowledge on mobile device technologies (React Native, xCode) and Operating systems (Android,iOS) would be advantageous
• Technical writing skills would be an advantage
