DevOps Engineer

About

Do you want to actively shape modern software and AI platforms and ensure that applications are operated reliably, securely, and automatically? As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for building, further developing, and stably operating our Kubernetes-based infrastructure. You will work closely with our development and data teams and significantly contribute to our automation and deployment processes.

DEINE AUFGABEN

• You develop, operate, and optimize our Kubernetes infrastructure, including Infrastructure-as-Code, deployment mechanisms, and cluster management.
• You implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines that ensure the automated build, test, and deployment process of our software and AI applications.
• You automate operational processes, scaling concepts, and recurring workflows to provide an efficient and robust platform.
• You support the AI team in deploying, testing, and troubleshooting their applications and models.
• You maintain and further develop Helm charts, operators, and deployment tools, ensuring that new functions are rolled out purposefully and reliably.
• You work in an agile project environment with a dedicated team.

DEIN PROFIL

• You have a completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• You have sound experience with Kubernetes, especially with deployments, Helm, operators, network and security concepts (RBAC), ideally in on-premises infrastructures.
• You have knowledge of modern automation and infrastructure tools such as GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Terraform, or Ansible.
• It would be ideal if you have experience with monitoring and logging stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or the ELK stack.
• You have practical experience with containers, Linux system administration, and scripting (e.g., Bash).
• If we could wish for it, you have knowledge in the area of security hardening, for example in OPA/Gatekeeper, Kyverno, or network policies.
• You enjoy working in a team, actively contribute, and significantly shape current and future topics in the AI field.
