About Us

PTA in short? Authentic, versatile, flexible.

Founded in 1969, PTA GmbH is one of Germany's oldest, family-run IT and management consultancies. At a total of 13 locations in Germany, Switzerland, and Spain, we support our clients in the implementation of IT and organizational projects across all industries and technologies. Always financially and manufacturer-independent.

In doing so, we integrate AI-based tools where they provide real added value – with professional diligence, a critical eye, and the conviction that technological advancement is part of our consulting everyday life. We rely on flat hierarchies and organization in business units with the aim of technical specialization and targeted development of our employees. Through a hybrid work concept (remote, on-site at the client's, and in the office) as well as a flexible working time model, we support the balance between work and leisure.
