Role Description

• Ensuring that operational data, metrics, and logs are complete, reliable, and available for monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Designing, implementing, and continuously improving monitoring and observability solutions.
• Ensuring that platforms provide the necessary visibility for supervision, incident analysis, and technical traceability.
• Analyzing system behavior, performance, availability, and areas for improvement.
• Supporting incident and problem management activities.
• Contributing to data engineering processes to structure, transform, and analyze operational system data.
• Supporting security, compliance, audit, and technical reporting requirements.
• Working closely with engineering, operations, cloud, security, and data teams to continuously improve service quality.

Your Profile

• You have a background in computer science, systems engineering, networking, data engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Ideally, you bring:
  • Solid experience operating monitoring, logging, and observability solutions in complex IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the ELK Stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
  • German fluent, English fluent, french advantage
  • Good understanding of metrics, logs, traces, and operational data.
  • Experience with complex IT, cloud, or hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of network protocols, cloud platforms, and containerization.
  • Awareness of security, compliance, audit, and traceability requirements.
  • An analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
