Join OceanMD as a DevOps Engineer focused on AWS cloud solutions. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities in Toronto, Vancouver, or Victoria.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Cloud Operations, you will design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring it meets security and compliance standards. With a focus on CI/CD automation and observability, you will improve system efficiencies and troubleshoot production incidents effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Implement logging and monitoring tools for observability
• Collaborate to enhance deployment workflows
• Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in a DevOps or SRE role
• Expertise with AWS, CI/CD, and IaC
• Familiarity with containerization technologies
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call schedule
