To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a dedicated DevOps Engineer / Full Stack Developer who will take our system landscape to the next level with sound knowledge, organizational talent, and personal responsibility!

Responsibilities

DevOps & IT Operations (60%)

• Together with our CPTO and in close cooperation with the DEV team, you will ensure the secure and smooth operation of our entire IT infrastructure.
• Administration, maintenance, and support of end devices (MacBooks, mobile devices) including operating systems and standard software.
• Setup, administration, and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and software distribution (via MDM).
• Support and further development of our server landscape (virtual, cloud).
• Implementation, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for automating build, test, and deployment processes (GitHub Actions).
• Setup, maintenance, and automation of test environments (unit, integration, system, and performance tests including end-to-end testing).
• Monitoring, error analysis, and optimization of the system and application landscape (monitoring, logging).
• Installation, configuration, and administration of cloud services (Render, DigitalOcean) and container platforms (Docker).
• Monitoring and optimization of IT security as well as carrying out regular backups and updates.
• Support in the maintenance and further development of our ISMS according to common standards (ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz).
• Collaboration with external service providers and internal departments.

Software Development (Full Stack) (40%)

• You will play a key role in the further development of our WebApp & App within the agile development team.
• Close collaboration with Product Owner and UX - regular exchange on requirements, user stories, and features.
• Accompanying features from conception through layout, development, testing, and quality assurance to release.
• Implementation of frontend features with React and React Native as well as development of backend services with Node.js.
• Code reviews and active exchange with the team on best practices, optimizations, and new technologies.
• Continuous improvement of the user experience as well as the scalability and performance of our applications.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or training in the IT field or comparable qualification.
• Sound experience as a Full Stack Developer (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, React Native, Node.js).
• Good knowledge in server administration, ideally with cloud platforms (Render, DigitalOcean) and Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and automation.
• Knowledge in the area of IT security, backup, and authorization management.
• Knowledge in the area of ISMS (e.g., ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz) is an advantage.
• Independent, structured way of working and high service orientation.
• Team player, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
