About the role
Role Overview: You will be joining the team in the roles of HHUB Support Specialist and DevOps Engineer for a night shift position, where you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operations to achieve optimal performance and uptime for IT equipment and services.
Key Responsibilities: For HHUB Support Specialist: - Provide first-level support for HHUB technical issues including login, access, and data inconsistencies. - Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring proper onboarding and access for new employees. - Assist HR teams in configuring and maintaining the HHUB system. - Guide and train employees and HR staff on effective use of HHUB. - Ensure data accuracy and maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and payroll information. - Collaborate with HR and IT teams to resolve system issues and keep HHUB up-to-date. - Generate reports and maintain clear documentation of system issues and resolutions.
For DevOps Engineer: - Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. - Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. - Implement configuration management systems (e.g., Ansible, Chef) to ensure consistent environments. - Monitor system health, performance, and security, and implement robust alerting and logging solutions. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize the software development lifecycle. - Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application deployment issues in production environments. - Implement and maintain containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Qualifications: For HHUB Support Specialist: - 2 years of experience in data management, reporting, and troubleshooting software issues or bugs. - Basic IT troubleshooting skills (network, login issues, software errors). - Strong communication skills for training users and assisting HR staff. - Good problem-solving skills for resolving technical and system-related issues.
