We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build a robust, scalable, and operational infrastructure that will enable Veeva to quickly and efficiently scale to meet the needs of our multi-billion dollar customer base. Your focus will be ensuring Veeva's products are delivered to our customers quickly and with the best quality possible. Provide in-depth software development expertise focusing on cloud architecture, design patterns, and programming

Responsibilities

• Implement DevOps practices such as infrastructure as code, continuous integration, and automated deployment
• Recommend architectural enhancements, design, and integration solutions, and establish methodologies and best practices
• Aim to minimize the risk of reliability-related failures, focusing on durability, availability, performance, and correctness

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles, emphasizing tooling, automation, and development of distributed systems
• Expertise in configuration management platforms
• Experience in developing in Python
• Proficient in programming in Java, Scala, Go, or similar languages
• Familiarity with monitoring frameworks to track infrastructure and application health and performance
• Excellent skills in proposal writing, project estimation, presentation, and documentation
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, and design

Salary

• Base pay: $85,000 - $225,000 CAD The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. LI-Remote
