DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) Linux

Ihre Aufgaben

• You are part of an agile solution team and support our customers in planning and designing their Linux infrastructure.
• You independently or as part of a team, take on customer requirements, discuss solution approaches, and develop suitable concepts based on this.
• You work closely with customers from the beginning and are responsible for creating requirement analyses and concepts as well as conducting workshops.
• You evaluate existing systems, outline optimization paths, and suggest improvements by leveraging the full potential of modern open-source technologies.
• You support customers in implementing the developed concepts or implement them independently for the customers.
• You participate in regular community events, meetups, and conferences to stay up-to-date. This also includes researching, identifying, and trying out new solutions and open-source technologies.
• Exciting and varied projects await you, in which you will encounter new challenges at both management and technical levels.

Ihr Profil

• You have extensive knowledge of (Linux) operating systems and network infrastructures.
• You are proficient in using Git and the Linux command line.
• You are proficient in using "Infrastructure as Code", for example with Terraform or configuration management tools like Ansible or SaltStack.
• You have extensive experience with automated deployments, for example with GitLab CI, Jenkins, GoCD or Drone.
• You are proficient in using various Linux distributions, Bash, and other common administration tools.
• You are able to explain technologies and concepts clearly and understandably in order to advise our customers competently and honestly.
• You can pass on existing or learned knowledge to customers and colleagues in the form of workshops or seminars.
• You have good communication skills and fluent German and English language skills.
