Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) for a client company in the Zug area. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic development team, working on the conception, development, and implementation of state-of-the-art software solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• You will conceptualize, create, and manage infrastructure landscapes.
• You will work on the design of new CI/CD systems or the improvement of existing ones.
• You will collaborate closely with our clients to identify their requirements and needs.
• You will ensure proper test and production environments.

Your Profile

• You are a flexible and communicative team player, always open to further development and eager to learn and try new technologies.
• You have several years of experience with the CI/CD process and various tools such as Azure DevOps, AWS Code Pipeline, Jenkins, Github Actions, GitLab Pipelines, Bamboo, or Travis.
• You have experience with containerization processes and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Podman.
• You have knowledge in the application of test and monitoring tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, DataDog, or Nagios.
• You are familiar with the Infrastructure-as-a-Code paradigm and configuration management tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
• You have experience working with various database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, InfluxDB, DynamoDB, Amazon Aurora, or CosmosDB.
• You speak fluent German and English.

Nice-To-Have

• You have experience with source control tools like Git, Bitbucket, and container registries.
• You have experience with Apache, Tomcat, nginx, or Node.js.
• You have experience with Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
