DevOps-Engineer (m/w/d) - System Engineering / Administration, Ingenieur

Deine Aufgaben

• Automated provisioning and administration of server and container infrastructures (cloud and on-premise)
• Development, testing, and optimization of our CI/CD pipeline, considering the requirements for the respective deployment level
• Identification of suitable automation potentials as well as planning and implementation with adequate toolset
• Participation in exciting new projects and optimization of existing projects for renowned national and international clients

Dein Profil

• Successful professional qualification in computer science or equivalent knowledge
• Solid practical knowledge in working with Linux-based operating systems (Ubuntu, Debian, Alpine Linux etc.)
• Basic programming skills and confident handling of shell scripting and PHP
• Good knowledge in setting up and administering server infrastructures (Nginx, Traefik, PHP, MySQL, Solr, Redis, Node, React etc.)
• Relevant professional experience with microservices-based architectures based on Docker
• Professional experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and/or Continuous Deployment (CD) as well as the integration of multiple deployment levels (GitLab)
• Existing knowledge in deploying various services on the Google Cloud Platform
• Using the Infrastructure-as-Code tool Terraform
• As well as the automation tool Ansible
• Based on Google Kubernetes Engine and the package manager Helm
• First professional experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (Prometheus)
• Independent, structured, and analytical work
• Strong interest and openness to new technologies
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and service-oriented attitude
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
