Job Description

  • Experience in DevOps with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Terraform)
  • Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting
  • Experience with system administration and automated provisioning
  • Hands-on experience with logging, monitoring, and observability tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana)
  • Production support and incident management experience
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks)
  • macOS administration and MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle)
  • Mobile application development or mobile device management
  • Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
