DevOps Engineer/ Platform Engineer

Your role in the team

• Development, operation, and further development of our platforms, tools, and processes related to Application Lifecycle Management.
• Ensuring a stable, repeatable, and automated software development process (CI/CD).
• Automation of technical processes with a focus on reliability, security, and scalability.
• Close collaboration with development teams to continuously improve the Developer Experience.
• Analysis of existing processes and active participation in shaping modern DevOps, platform, and infrastructure concepts.
• Prospectively: Involvement in new topics such as AI/Ops and intelligent automation solutions.

Qualifications

• Don't be afraid of technology mix (e.g., C#, PowerShell, TypeScript, Cloud infrastructure).
• Enjoyment in being a specialist and making a noticeable difference in the daily work of many colleagues through your efforts.
• Enjoyment in building comprehensive technical systems as well as automation, clear processes, and stable toolchains.
• Very good written and spoken German skills (min. C1).

Experience

• Initial to several years of practical experience (approximately 2-3 years) in a relevant environment, such as software development, infrastructure, DevOps, build/release processes, or tool platforms.
• Interest and ideally experience with Application Lifecycle Management systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub), CI/CD pipelines, or comparable tools.

Education

• A completed apprenticeship or degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering).
