Responsibilities

• Setup, operation, and further development of our platforms, tools, and processes for Application Lifecycle Management
• Ensuring a stable, repeatable, and automated software development process (CI/CD)
• Automation of technical workflows with a focus on reliability, security, and scalability
• Close collaboration with development teams for continuous improvement of the developer experience
• Analysis of existing processes and active shaping of modern DevOps, platform, and infrastructure concepts
• Prospectively: Participation in new topics such as AI/Ops and intelligent automation solutions

Profile

• Completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering)
• First to several years of practical experience (approx. 2-3 years) in a relevant environment, such as software development, infrastructure, DevOps, build/release processes, or tool platforms
• Interest and ideally experience with Application Lifecycle Management systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub), CI/CD pipelines, or comparable tools
• No fear of technology mix (e.g., C#, PowerShell, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure)
• Enjoy being a specialist and making the daily lives of many colleagues noticeably easier through your work
• Enjoy building complete technical systems as well as automation, clear processes, and stable toolchains
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (min. C1)
