DevOps Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in PowerShell scripting, CI/CD pipeline development, and Harness to support automation, deployment, and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines, automating operational tasks, and improving deployment reliability across environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell.
• Manage build, release, and deployment processes across multiple environments.
• Integrate code repositories, testing frameworks, and deployment tools within CI/CD workflows.
• Monitor pipeline performance and troubleshoot build/deployment failures.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to streamline release cycles.
• Implement DevOps best practices including version control, branching strategies, and artifact management.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained within pipelines.
• Support cloud and on-prem infrastructure automation efforts.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in DevOps practices and methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise with PowerShell scripting.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Harness.
• Familiarity with Git-based repositories (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
• Experience with build tools and artifact repositories.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker (preferred).
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
