DevOps Engineer

Role Summary

We are seeking a mid-level DevOps Engineer to support Salesforce release and deployment processes across multiple environments. This role involves managing CI/CD pipelines, handling version control, performing peer reviews, and ensuring smooth, reliable deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, staging, and production environments
• Maintain Git-based version control (branching, merging, PR reviews)
• Perform peer reviews for metadata and code changes
• Validate Apex tests and ensure deployment readiness
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and environment issues
• Support sandbox refreshes and environment alignment
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, Admin, and Release teams
• Document deployment processes and release procedures
• Ensure compliance with audit and release standards
• Improve deployment and release practices continuously

Required Skills

• 3–5 years in DevOps / Release Engineering
• Strong experience with Git
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins preferred)
• Exposure to SonarQube / code quality tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and collaboration

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce experience (Apex, LWC, Metadata)
• Experience with Flosum
• Cloud exposure (AWS or Azure)
• Linux experience
