We are looking for skilled DevOps Engineers to support our Data Centric‑Multi‑Level Secure® (DC‑MLS®) Enterprise team, focused on deploying top‑tier HPC services.

Your role will be vital in providing operational support for various contracts, including high‑performance computing (HPC) initiatives. As a member of our team, you will develop documentation, scripts, and processes necessary for successful deployments and support the seamless operation of our DC‑MLS® Core product.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and SE Linux configurations using Red Hat Satellite and Ansible automation.
  • Collaborate with site administration for troubleshooting automation and deployment issues.
  • Install software libraries in RHEL/SE Linux environment to facilitate DC‑MLS® deployments.
  • Support continuous monitoring and adaptation of the DC‑MLS® Enterprise in agile settings.
  • Engage with third‑party vendors to integrate manual deployment steps into automated processes.
  • Apply best practices in DevOps to ensure quality and timeliness of project delivery.
  • Provide effective support to staff and end users regarding DC‑MLS® Enterprise issues.
  • Modify existing DC‑MLS® Enterprise DevOps scripts to enhance deployment capabilities.
  • Develop test plans for filesystem upgrades and collaborate with vendor support for issue resolution.
  • Drive new business growth opportunities by effectively communicating with customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Linux, scripting/software development, and configuration management experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, Perl, Shell scripting (Bash, Korn, Bourne), and Ansible.
  • Experience with version control systems (CVS, SVN, Git, GitLab).
  • Security+ Certification.
  • TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance required to start.

Desired Skills

  • Understanding of software development processes from requirements gathering to testing.
  • Expertise in SE Linux configuration and policy management.
  • Familiarity with RH Satellite, Lustre, NFS, and various file systems.
  • Experience with Ethernet networking and RDMA communications (InfiniBand and OmniPath).
  • Knowledge of identity management systems including LDAP and token‑based authentication.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.

Additional Information

  • This position requires a government security clearance; US Citizenship is mandatory.
