Your Role Awaits

As a DevOps Engineer Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our software delivery systems. If you are passionate about building reliable systems and improving deployment processes, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will focus on modernizing our platforms, strengthening CI/CD pipelines, advancing infrastructure as code, improving observability, and embedding top-notch security practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and release workflows.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of code changes and reliable deployments.
  • Provision, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS for optimum availability and performance.
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Azure Bicep.
  • Manage containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes to support consistent deployments.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues proactively, and minimize downtime.
  • Embed and promote security best practices across all applications and infrastructure.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to document and standardize DevOps practices.
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on DevOps trends to refine tools and processes.

Who You Are

If you possess the following skills and experiences, we would love to hear from you:

  • 5+ years delivering production-grade solutions in software development.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS, deploying and supporting workloads in real environments.
  • Proven expertise in CI/CD with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  • Strong automation skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Solid knowledge of Git for source control management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with developers and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a structured approach.
  • A consistent track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset focused on building reliable systems.
  • A creative thinker who challenges norms and offers innovative solutions.
  • A team player who communicates effectively and contributes to collective success.

Bonus Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
  • Experience designing scalable applications in .NET and C#.
  • Proficiency in .NET frameworks such as ASP.NET, MVC, and Entity Framework.
  • Understanding of core software engineering principles, including OOP and design patterns.
  • Experience with databases like SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Familiarity with Azure Boards for work tracking.
  • Knowledge of security and observability tools such as Wiz, Snyk, and Datadog.

Salary Information

The applicable base salary range for this role is $76,800 to $134,300, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional incentives may apply.
