• Good knowledge in all ticketing tools like| Jira| ServiceNow
• Good knowledge in ITIL foundations like incident| change| problems| capacity and configuration
• Strong knowledge in Kibana ESS
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting skills
• Strong knowledge in Kubernetes with EKS cluster| pods| containers| dockers| istio service mesh
• Good knowledge in vaulting Hashicorp| Mcvault
• Good knowledge in postman| kialiocprancher| pgadminrapidsql| git and database basic knowledge
