In this DevOps-focused role, you drive development, automation, and integration of customised solutions within an agile team. You contribute to cloud-native applications, automation, and CI/CD, keeping systems up-to-date and reliable. Your work supports digital transformation and the ongoing evolution of our IT infrastructure. You collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure solutions that meet business needs, with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and operate applications within an agile DevOps team
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters and automated CI/CD strategies
• Develop and operate cloud-native applications and integrate modern technologies
• Conduct root-cause analyses to resolve application issues
• Support automation and improvement of technical workflows and processes
• Administer Windows and Linux servers and network connections
• Collaborate in an agile team and promote digital transformation

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or comparable professional experience
• Several years of experience with cloud-native applications (Kubernetes, AWS, OpenShift)
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server OS and Active Directory
• Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Python)
• Experience with web technologies and APIs (JavaScript, HTML, REST)
• Knowledge of network technologies and security (TCP/IP, DNS)
• Experience with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
• Experience in agile methods (SAFe, Scrum)
• Willingness to be on call and handle incidents and changes
• High resilience and ability to solve complex problems
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Very good German and English
