What Your Job Offers You

You will take on the role of "Trusted Advisor" for our renowned clients in the area of Observability – with a focus on Grafana and Prometheus-based solutions.

In exciting and varied projects, you will technically implement these solutions individually and actively contribute to pre-sales and customer consulting.

Observability is an established field for us with successfully implemented projects and strong strategic growth potential. This gives you real scope for design and the freedom to contribute your own vision and actively develop the topic further. With technical depth and consulting strength, you will combine engineering with customer proximity – and create sustainable added value.

Main Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include:

• Analysis of customer requirements and development of tailor-made concepts for Observability & Monitoring solutions
• Active participation in varied customer projects with a strong engineering focus – from implementation and integration to operation
• Conducting workshops with technical and business stakeholders
• Development and further development of architectures, best practices, and technical standards
• Proactive customer consulting as the central point of contact for Observability topics

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding and high willingness to learn
• Several years of experience in engineering and/or DevOps environments
• Solid knowledge of current Observability & Monitoring solutions
• Strong German and good English skills
• Willingness to work on-site at the customer's premises (if required)
• Enjoyment of a dynamic work environment (both in a team and as an individual player) with changing customers and projects

Advantage

• Proven experience with Grafana (LGTM), Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry-based metrics and monitoring solutions
