About Us

We in the CRM unit analyze the existing processes of our partners, optimize the processes with regard to the target corporate strategies, and support them in selecting a suitable tool.

The CRMS team supports the transition from the project to the operational and maintenance phase, thus ensuring a smooth start in regular operations with subsequent 1st and 2nd level support, as well as the continuous optimization of applications and services.

Your Role

We are looking for you as a DevOps Engineer:in (Salesforce / Dyn365 / PowerPlatform) in the CRMS team (w/m/d) for DB Systel GmbH at the Frankfurt (Main), Erfurt, or Berlin location as soon as possible. Our team location is in Frankfurt am Main, where we meet about once a month; otherwise, you can decide whether you prefer to work in the office or remotely.

Your Responsibilities

• As a DevOps Engineer:in, you will be responsible for the support of our partners' processes and systems.
• You will be responsible for further development, administration, documentation, and customizing.
• Professional administration of our DB Systel's own CRM system through 1st and 2nd level support for users, including incident, problem, and change management.
• You will significantly contribute to the development of the service portfolio and the technical orientation of the team.
• You will actively contribute your ideas and solution approaches. Our focus here is on the design and optimization of (internal) operational processes.
• You will independently take responsibility for the analysis and development of technical solutions as well as their implementation and coordination of (partial) requirements.
• Furthermore, in coordination with the development teams and with a focus on building technical operational management, you will advise our partners.
