DevOps Engineer

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support applications by enabling secure, reliable, and scalable software delivery in a highly regulated financial environment. This role focuses on CI/CD engineering, cloud infrastructure automation, and production reliability, with an emphasis on standardization, security, compliance, and software engineering skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar)
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or similar orchestration platforms)
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, NIST, etc.)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using enterprise tools
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and continuously optimize performance
• Develop and standardize reusable CI/CD templates and promote best practices across teams
