Responsibilities

• Service Request Management and IT Service Management in a highly secure environment
• Secure, stable and continuous operation automation and improvement
• Close collaboration with adjacent operational teams and integration into the total ICT
• Design space with modern methods and clear standards
• Contribution to a crisis-resistant, independent ICT infrastructure

Qualifications

• Completion (ETH/Uni/FH/HF) in computer science or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in large, heterogeneous and distributed infrastructures and IT Service Management
• Practical experience in privileged access management and PKI and automation with Ansible
• Experience in the DevSecOps environment and integration of systems and APIs
• Analytical and solution-oriented, technical understanding
• Team-oriented, communicative and committed, close cooperation with adjacent teams
• Confident and reliable; experience in environments with higher protection
• Very good German in spoken and written; other national languages are an advantage
