DevOps / Kubernetes Platform Engineer (m/w/d)

Location: Hamburg Working Hours: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and continuously develop our Kubernetes infrastructure
- Operate and expand central tools like ArgoCD (GitOps), Logging/Monitoring/Alerting (Grafana, Prometheus), and Keycloak (IAM)
- Build an internal Developer Platform with self-service functions for around 60 developers and analysts
- Create and maintain Confluence documentation for "Golden Path" examples and knowledge transfer
- Support and train colleagues in DevOps practices, tools, pipelines, and automation
- Actively work in a distributed team (Hamburg, Munich, Da Nang) and ensure smooth collaboration
- Continuously optimize deployments, security, and development processes
Profile
- A very well-completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable education with professional experience
- Experience with Docker, containers, and rudimentary Linux knowledge
- Proficient in using Git, branching, pull requests, and simple automation
- Genuine DevOps affinity and motivation to independently learn new tools and practices
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like ArgoCD, Jenkins, or Keycloak, scripting, and monitoring stacks
- Ideally, initial knowledge in Kubernetes and using kubectl
- Enjoy working in a team, supporting colleagues, and actively sharing knowledge
- Willingness to take responsibility for productive systems and continuously improve processes
- Very good German and English language skills
