DevOps & MERN Full Stack Developer (Min 3yrs Exp)

The Mission

We are a lean, fast-moving team building 3 AI tech platforms. Because we’re small, we don’t believe in silos. We need an engineer who can bridge the gap between building high-quality features and ensuring they run flawlessly in the cloud. You won't just be a "cog in the machine"—you’ll be the one building the machine.

What You’ll Do

• Ship Features: Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).

• Automate Everything: Write Python scripts to automate internal workflows, data processing, or deployment tasks.

• Own the Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage our cloud environment (AWS/GCP/Azure) using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

• Scale & Secure: Ensure our systems are performant, secure, and scalable as our user base grows.

• Architect the Future: Collaborate directly with the founders to make key technical decisions that will shape our product roadmap.

What We’re Looking For

• The "Swiss Army Knife" Mindset: You are a generalist who is comfortable jumping between a React frontend, a Node.js API, and a Terraform script in the same afternoon.

• MERN Proficiency: You’ve built and deployed production-grade apps using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.

• Scripting Chops: You are proficient in Python for backend logic or automation.

• DevOps DNA: You have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and setting up CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar).

• Pragmatism: You know when to build a perfect solution and when to ship a "good enough" version to meet a deadline.

Bonus Points If You.

• Have experience being the first 5–10 employees at a startup.

• Actually enjoy debugging a build pipeline as much as building a UI component.

• Have a "security-first" approach to development.
