DevOps (Monitoring)

Responsibilities

• Understanding the logic of core services from the infrastructure perspective
• Monitoring and task generation (with participation in implementation) for Dev Ops/admin/dev teams to ensure coverage for monitoring, logging, alerting, and alerting tool customization
• Performing initial diagnosis and categorization of incidents, followed by escalation when necessary
• Collaborating with technical support and providing updates about infrastructure-related issues
• Developing and maintaining knowledge bases for recurring incidents, including step-by-step resolution instructions
• Participating in root cause analysis in collaboration with Dev Ops/admin/dev teams
• Testing infrastructure changes to proactively prevent incidents

Requirements

• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC) and understanding of service pricing
• Base experience working with Terraform
• Base expertise in Kubernetes administration and management
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Linux (configuration, monitoring, service management)
• Proficiency with Docker, including setting up Docker Compose
• Knowledge and experience in configuring web servers, particularly Nginx
• Basic knowledge of Git Hub/Git Lab and understanding of CI/CD processes, experience managing Runners
• Experience in creating IT infrastructure monitoring systems, including cloud environments

Nice to have

• Ability to quickly resolve emerging issues and independently find optimal solutions
• High degree of autonomy and responsibility, ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Knowledge of transport protocols (SSL, TLS, gRPC, etc.)
