About

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS environments including monitoring backups performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Manage and support VisualCron job scheduling handling configuration monitoring issue resolution and optimization
• Develop enhance and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Python to streamline operational workflows
• Support and manage Windows Server environments ensuring stability security and performance
• Collaborate with Jenkins for automation of jobs CICD workflows and deployment monitoring
• Utilize GitHub for version control code management and collaborative development processes
• Build integrate and maintain REST APIbased solutions for system interoperability
• Coordinate deployment activities and implement environment changes in line with operational requirements
• Release management and change control processes
• Manage SQL upgrades patching migrations and environment standardization initiatives
• Architect and implement automation using PowerShell and Python Build reusable automation frameworks to reduce manual workload
• Maintain automation for deployments monitoring and system operations
• Provide weekend production support on a rotational basis to ensure system uptime and timely incident resolution
• Mentor junior resources in SQL automation CICD and system operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure networks and applications
• Look for bottlenecks or optimizations in the production processes
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and performance optimizations
• Should possess good analytical skills Onsite Offshore Coordination daily User management and Communication management about systems
• Good coordination verbal written communication skills Have strong working experience with Client technical team and business teams Provide regular status updates and progress reports to management and other stakeholders
