The Role: Lead Software Factory Evolution Projects and Programs in a DevOps Environment

As a DevOps Project Manager, you are the engine of technological acceleration. You manage complex programs aimed at industrializing the software factory, while leading a crew of experts. Your mission: transform deployment methods and ensure the reliability of the application portfolio through automation and Agentic AI.

Key Activities

1. Software Factory Management (PIC)

• Orchestration & Containers: Lead the containerization strategy using Docker and Kubernetes.
• PIC Implementation: Deploy and supervise the Continuous Integration Platform with the GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, SonarQube, Nexus stack.
• Infrastructure as Code: Lead the automation of VM provisioning and configuration via Ansible.

2. Crew Management & Agile Culture

• Technical Leadership: Manage a DevOps crew in an Agile environment, focused on high-value tasks.
• Innovation Space: Create a healthy environment to foster the emergence of disruptive ideas among collaborators.
• Project/Run Convergence: Harmonize project operations monitoring with RUN imperatives.

3. Lifecycle & Economic Management

• End-to-End Monitoring: Ensure the evolution, production deployment, and decommissioning of client portfolio applications.
• Financial Management: Draft economic dossiers (Build & Run budgets) and ensure budget landing.
• AI & Automation: Embody the role of Native Change Agent using Agentic AI to automate pilot tooling and application processes.

• Technical Keywords: Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, Github.
• Cloud & Data: (PL900, AI900, DP900).
• AI & Automation: Agentic AI, CI/CD Automation.
• Certifications (An Excellence Profile):
  • DevOps: DevOps Foundation & DevOps Leader.
  • Methodology & Agility: PMP®, Prince2® (Foundation & Practitioner), PSM1, SAFe® 5.
  • Native AI: GenAI Level 1 & 2 for PM, Safe AI Native Foundations, Native Change Agent.
