DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps + SRE)

Role Overview

We are seeking a DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer to manage production infrastructure, ensure high system uptime, automate deployments, and respond to incidents. This role blends DevOps (infrastructure, CI/CD, automation) with SRE (monitoring, incident response, reliability engineering) responsibilities.

Salary Range ₹5 LPA – ₹10 LPA (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities • Cloud Infrastructure (AWS preferred): Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-optimized systems. • Databases & Cache: Manage PostgreSQL/RDS and Redis clusters, ensuring high availability and performance. • CI/CD & Automation: Build and maintain pipelines, Docker-based deployments, and rollback strategies. • Monitoring & Observability: Implement monitoring for latency, error rates, resource usage, and queues; configure alerts. • Logging & Debugging: Maintain centralized logging, perform root cause analysis, and document incidents. • Incident Response: Participate in on-call rotation, respond to alerts, mitigate issues, and coordinate with engineering teams. • Reliability Engineering: Improve resilience, automate recovery workflows, and define/maintain SLI/SLOs.

Required Skills • Strong Linux administration • Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) • PostgreSQL & Redis management • CI/CD pipelines and automation tools • Monitoring & alerting systems • Networking fundamentals • Scripting (Bash, Python/Node.js) • Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible)

Preferred Qualifications • Experience with high-availability systems • Microservices architecture • Docker & Kubernetes

On-Call Expectations • Rotational schedule (primary, secondary, off rotation) • Respond to critical alerts within 5–10 minutes • Diagnose, mitigate, and document incidents

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
