MDOcore Software Architect (w/m/d)

As an MDOcore Architect, you will play a key role in building a high-performance and interoperable MDOcore software suite to ensure information superiority and reaction speed in the operational area.

Responsibilities

• Translation of functional and non-functional requirements into sustainable software and system architectures.
• Evaluation and selection of cloud technologies, frameworks, and technologies within the Oracle Cloud landscape.
• Consideration of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation concepts in the architecture.
• Technical coordination with MDOcore Solution Architect, IT Security, Operations, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or comparable fields
• Several years of professional experience in defining complex software architectures
• Sound know-how in microservices, cloud technologies, (e.g., OCI containers) distributed systems, data models, and software standards
• Software-Defined Technologies (SDx) concepts and Cloud Data Distribution
• Very good knowledge of C++, ideally also Python or Rust
• Experience in developing software frameworks or platforms
• Experience in applying agile methods such as KANBAN, SCRUM, and SAFe, as well as in setting up agile teams
