AI Training Data Engineer – DevOps & Backend Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for experienced DevOps and Backend Engineers to contribute to an exciting AI training project for one of our global clients. This is not a traditional DevOps role — you will be using your engineering expertise to train and evaluate next-generation AI systems by writing real‑world engineering scenarios, reviewing AI‑generated code, and building benchmark task libraries.

What You Will Do

• Write realistic DevOps and backend engineering scenarios used to train AI models
• Review, evaluate and rank AI‑generated code for correctness, security and efficiency
• Build and contribute to CI/CD, Kubernetes and infrastructure‑as‑code task libraries
• Provide expert judgment on AI outputs based on your hands‑on engineering experience

Work Structure

• Working hours: 5–8 hours per day, flexible
• Contract: 3 months, extendable based on performance
• Work mode: 100% Remote — anywhere in India

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–10 years of hands‑on software engineering experience
• CS degree at undergraduate level — mandatory
• Strong proficiency in Python, Go/Golang, or Bash (any one)
• Solid experience with Kubernetes and Docker
• Hands‑on CI/CD experience — GitLab CI or GitHub Actions preferred
• Working knowledge of Terraform or any Infrastructure‑as‑Code tool
• Familiarity with at least 3 of the following: Prometheus, Grafana, Keycloak/IAM, gRPC, PostgreSQL, Redis, API Design
• Must have own high‑performance laptop and reliable high‑speed internet
