Role: DevOPS Specialist (CI/CD & DevSecOps)

Location: Munich, Germany
Experience: 12–15 years building, automating, and securing enterprise‑grade delivery pipelines on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Define and implement the end‑to‑end CI/CD strategy for the Agile Release Train, ensuring seamless integration between code commits and production deployment.
• Enable reliable builds, automated testing, artifact management, and secure deployments across distributed environments.
• Set up comprehensive monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) to maintain uptime, performance, and security (DevSecOps).
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including FOSS scanning, vulnerability detection, and secure SDLC automation.
• Manage pipeline quality gates and Git‑Flow workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and troubleshoot issues to drive continuous improvement in CI/CD and security automation.
• Execute projects using Agile/SAFe methodology and work daily with JIRA/Confluence.

Technical Skills

• CI/CD Tools: Jenkins or Concourse, Git/Bitbucket, Maven/Gradle, Artifactory/JFrog, SonarQube.
• Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• DevSecOps: Experience with security scanning, vulnerability detection, and secure pipeline integration.
• Agile/SAFe: Proficient in Agile/SAFe project execution.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to articulate architectural decisions to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, design, and problem‑solving capabilities.
