As part of its growth, the company is looking to hire a Dev Ops / Infrastructure Engineer (Linux) to play a key role in stabilizing, automating, and evolving its technology environments.
You will act as a bridge between software development, systems, and operations, within a Linux-based on-premise environment with real challenges related to performance, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Git Lab)
- Automate build, packaging, and deployment processes (C/C++, Python)
- Manage and evolve Linux environments (Debian/CentOS)
- Deploy and maintain containerized environments (Docker)
- Support development teams (CI/CD debugging, build runners, environments)
- Contribute to the implementation of automated testing
- Work on networking challenges (TCP/IP, VPN, TLS)
- Contribute to monitoring, logging, and observability practices
Profile
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or Infrastructure
- Strong expertise in Linux (Debian, CentOS, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Git Lab strongly preferred)
- Solid experience with Docker
- Scripting skills (Python, Bash)
- Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, TLS, DNS)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Autonomous, curious, and hands-on mindset
Nice to have:
- Experience in IoT, embedded systems, or on-premise environments.
- Knowledge of security concepts (TLS, certificates) and monitoring/logging tools.
- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, industrial) is a plus.
