Work Location: Washington DC area (Hybrid)

The DevSecOps Technical Lead will be responsible for all technical work performed for this project. The Technical Lead must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. The Technical Lead shall be available to the Contracting Officer s Representative via telephone and/or in person between the hours of 0800 and 1800 EST, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 3 hours of notification.

Responsibilities

• Lead development teams and provide highly skilled expertise in designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software.
• Works with the technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them.
• Resolves customer complaints and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
• Participates in the development of software user manuals.
• Provides subject matter expertise and mentors less experienced software development staff.
• Architecture design (OV-1/SV-1)
• DevSecOps implementation
• System integration
• Engineering oversight, tool/platform selection

Requirements

• Responsible for all technical work and is the primary technical authority.
• Active Secret Clearance Required.
• BS in a technical field
• 10+ years cloud/software engineering
• Active Secret clearance
• Expertise in AWS/Azure, hybrid cloud.

Highly Preferred Requirements

• FedRAMP High/DHS ATO experience
• Kubernetes/CI/CD
• Multi-classification environments
• Cloud certifications
