Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Die/Machine Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and maintaining industrial equipment and precision-machined components. You will ensure the production of high-quality products by interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Duties

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble components and machinery.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) as needed.
  • Conduct electrical wiring and assembly of electrical components within industrial equipment.
  • Utilize forklifts and other industrial equipment safely to move materials and parts around the workspace.
  • Follow safety protocols while working with electrical wiring, machining tools, and heavy machinery to maintain a safe work environment.

Skills

  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams with precision.
  • Proficiency in programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and power tools is a plus.
  • Mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment, fabrication techniques, and assembly processes.
  • Electrical experience including wiring, troubleshooting electrical systems, and understanding industrial electrical schematics.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic & pneumatic components and controls.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes involving machining, fabrication, and assembly of metal or plastic components.
  • Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, digital measurement tools, and other precision instruments for quality control.
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a manufacturing setting.
